Hi all,

I'd like to inform you that even though we claimed in our release
notes for Icehouse [1] that we support a new ODL mechanism for
Neutron, it is completely broken because some basic operations
(specifically, all delete operations for all resources) were not
implemented. It's to be fixed by [2].

I think this patch should go in since it doesn't touch other parts of
the code, and you can't break a broken thing anyway. ;)
