Open Stack

This is because keystoneclient is checked out via git and doesn’t actually get installed the “normal”/expected way, but is used.

The way this was solved earlier was by having devstack install the needed modules. I am wondering if we can just drop the “checkout from git” tests for Icehouse at this point.
