[Openstack-stable-maint] Preparing for 2014.1.1 and design summit session summary

I +A'd it on Thursday but required a trivial rebase, and has also been at
the mercy of the zuul queue in getting it tested.  I'm happy with letting
this one in but will let Alan +A it at his discretion.
