Open Stack

Hi all,

since there were no votes against, I've added Flavio to the
openstack-stable-maint group[1] in Gerrit.

Also, Doug Hellmann is interested in helping with grizzly stable
reviews and I don't think he needs introduction, so I've added him
too.

You're joining us just in time as we are preparing for the next
2013.1.2 release.
Proposed dates are: stable/grizzly freeze May 30, release June 6.
