The most obvious change would be that your discussions would move to the
openstack-sigs ML (with a suitable prefix, like [api]). On the bright
side, that avoids the need to cross-post between -dev and -operators,
but until "everyone" is on the new list, a few reminder posts might be
necessary to point people on those lists to the new medium.

In terms of PTG/Ops meetup space, I don't expect any change: SIGs would
have the opportunity to meet at one and/or the other just like the
workgroups did. Just pick the event(s) where it makes the most sense (in
terms of duration, days vs. hours, but also in terms of attendance overlap).

In terms of Forum space, SIGs can (and totally should) propose topics
for discussion at the Forum. Traditionally we also proposed space at
Summits for various styles of working groups, I don't see why SIGs would
be treated any differently than ops-focused or dev-focused workgroups.
