[Openstack-security] [Bug 1619039] [NEW] Logging of martian packets should be configurable

Public bug reported:

The martian logging should be tunable. When neutron uses Linux bridging
for networking, lots of martian packets will be logged. This logging
isn't useful and can fill up a syslog server quickly.

** Affects: openstack-ansible
     Importance: Low
     Assignee: Major Hayden (rackerhacker)
         Status: Confirmed
