Title:
  Two nullok references in RHEL7 and V-38497 missed the second one

Status in openstack-ansible:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  The v-38497 check looks for ^auth.* nullok and removes it very nicely
  from /etc/pam.d/system-auth however in RHEL 7 there is an additional
  nullok reference on line 15 of the file "password    sufficient
  pam_unix.so sha512 shadow nullok try_first_pass use_authtok".  Need to
  update the check to remove the additional nullok line.
