  Security: Add docs for monitoring logs/notifications

Status in openstack-ansible:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  The openstack-ansible-security docs talk about the AIDE and Auditd
  changes, but they don't talk much about what deployers should be doing
  with those notifications.  Adding some friendly advice about how to
  handle these would be very useful.
