Open Stack

Hi Eric and everyone,

I'm going to the Lulu link on http://docs.openstack.org/sec/ and finding
the printed copy available for purchase just fine. However it seems I need
to set to public access. I've done that now, let me know if you're able to
click through.

Also, if anyone wants to buy 50 copies or more, they can go through me to
get a 50% off discount.
