Hi. I'm in the same boat as Liz and likely can't do anything in person but can certainly participate remotely if that's a possibility.

I definitely see this being valuable to meet in person as well. I am hoping there will be a way that remote folks can participate as well since I’ll be attending the Red Hat summit in a week and most likely won’t be able to get another trip in between that and OpenStack summit :(

I second. This is a hands on activity requiring post-its and in-depth conversations. If we had a couple days we could also work on summit preparation in general. 

Rackspace is happy to host. For people not within driving distance (I don’t consider Colorado driving distance), can you ask your managers if they’d reimburse travel expenses? I'll see what Rackspace can do - I’m sure at the very least they’ll feed us :)
