[Openstack-personas] link to persona interview questions

Hi Jacki et al:

Thanks for your update. Yesterday's meeting was rather small as only Piet, Liz, and I were dialed in. Jeff and Thuy were not able to join. So far, it looks like we're making slow progress I think on the persona interviews. Liz and I too have had a hard time getting responses back from candidates as well but we'll keep trying. We did schedule the one candidate whom you weren't able to meet due to your availability but that's planned for next week.

AFAIK, all the current interviews so far have been captured in the GoogleForms. See Etherpad (https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/persona-working-group) for the GoogleForms link. Liz has put some initial feedback on the questionnaire as well in the Etherpad.

What we're proposing is for folks to put in their feedback and updates into the Etherpad in the meantime so it's consolidated in 1 place for us to take action as needed. We also are suggested to have a quick meeting at the same 4pm USA/EST next Wednesday to synch-up since most folks were unable to meet yesterday, plus Liz and I will be able to meet the following week (April 16) as we're going to be tied up with Red Hat Summit.

Next Meeting proposed for next Wednesday, April 9 4:00pm US/EST (1:00pm US/PST).

Thanks,
Ju

For each of those questions, we have a cheat sheet in front of us with a variety of probing questions that will get us to what we want to learn. A lot of times the interviewee will answer those questions on their own, but if they are going in a direction that isn’t helpful, we can use the cheat sheet to keep them on topic. That way we leave opportunity for discovering things we didn’t think to ask and avoid accidentally leading the interviewee to the answers we are looking for.

I made a pretty lame attempt to write up a goal in the Google doc that Jeff shared.
