</h1><br></div>I read this is a bug and a workaround cloud be setting  DIB_INSTALLTYPE<wbr>_pip_and_<wbr>virtualenv to "package"<br></div>In this case the command reported:Command "python setup.py egg_info" failed with error code 1 in /tmp/pip-obMDl9-build/<br><br></div>Regards<br></div>Ignazio<br><div><div><br><br></div></div></div>
