<div>I am reinstalling an openstack cluster using openstack-ansible, the version of openstack is ocata.</div>
<div>I have successfully installed the cluster a number of times in the past on earlier versions of ocata.</div>

<div>I completely re-installed all the target hosts operating systems with Ubuntu 16.04, updated the openstack ansible git repos locally for the ocata branch and then ran the playbooks as usual.</div>

<div>setup-hosts completes successfully, but setup-infrastructure fails during the repo_build playbook on the "Run venv process script" task.</div>
<div>The error returned is "Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement mysql-python (from versions: ). No matching distribution found for mysql-python".</div>
<div>I have verified that the galera_client apt packages have been installed in the controller repo container, especially libmariadbclient-dev which mysql-python requires.</div>

<div>Has anyone seen anything like this and know how to fix it.</div>
