<div>I set up a new openstack environment with mitaka and was now to the point where I should be able to start an instance. When I do this the instance starts and shows running without error, but when I open the console I see this:</div>

<p>Booting from Hard Disk...<br>Boot failed: not a bootable disk</p>

<p>No bootable device.</p>

<p>I already looked through the logfiles, but so far I did not find the reason why the instance is not booting. Did anyone had this problem or know what might be the reason for this?</p>
