<div>During the Liberty cycle we made a lot of progress and we feel that the guide is ready to have even more contributions and formalize a bit more the team around it. </div>


<div>The first thing that I want to propose is to have a regular meeting over IRC to discuss the progress and to welcome new contributors. This is the same process that other guides like the operators one are following currently.</div>
