<div dir="ltr">I think this basically comes down to the job goal and incentive structure. Operators don't get any organizational support for participating in summits in many (though not all cases). Their job is making resources work. That means they prioritize different things. <div>
<br></div><div>Assuming that operators would show up to summits on a regular basis would be a pretty high touch relationship. There is a load of software I use and depend on that I don't participate with at that level. That doesn't mean that I can't get feedback into the mix.<br>
