when the manual was relevant, so I can try to help.<br>

What issue are you running into? Can you confirm that your stacktach<br>
workers are connecting to your Rabbit server? Have you added the<br>
additional notification options to nova to have it send events to<br>
Rabbit? Can you reach the webpage without error?<br>
