I have configured OpenStack in VLAN mode with HA networking option
and I have worked with this for a month. The infrastructure is
composed by 1 controller-compute and N compute nodes. <br>
<br>
Today when I created a new network I noticed that vlanXXX and brXXX
are not created in the controller node until a VM is running on
this. Is this normal? <br>
<br>
if this is normal, how I can access from controller to the VLAN
without waiting for any VM in the controller?<br>
