[Openstack-operators] Instances not getting DHCP Lease

Hello,

using:

openstack console log show <uuid>

you can check if it is really the dhclient failing to have an address.

it is usually also good to have a look at the nova-compute.log file in
the compute node where the instance is scheduled.
