[Openstack-operators] Nova live-migration failing for RHEL7/CentOS7 VMs

What's your qemu version, and what does the libvirt log on the destination
say?

You may have hit this bug:

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1371943

There are some workarounds listed there, and downgrading also fixes it.
