[Openstack-operators] keystoneclient 3.0.0 will *not* bundle a CLI

This is a heads up that the keystone team will be releasing
python-keystoneclient 3.0.0 soon (
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/306587/1 ), it will be the first client
release of the Newton cycle.

This is a major version upgrade because *it will not include a CLI*, the
CLI has been removed in favor or openstackclient. Performing `keystone
user-list` and other similar commands will not work.

We have been emitting deprecation messages for more than two releases, and
voiced this on the mailing list (
http://lists.openstack.org/pipermail/openstack-operators/2015-November/009019.html
 ).

You are advised to use the `openstackclient` CLI (
https://pypi.python.org/pypi/python-openstackclient ) which has parity for
all keystone commands.

Thanks,

Steve Martinelli
