Hi All, Thanks to those that added their available times to the survey. I'd like to get more feedback before picking a time so I think it would be best to give everyone a bit more time and to move the first recurring meeting to start the week of January 12 instead of this week. Unfortunately, those that already took the survey will need to take it again. Sorry about that. I think the main items that we need to nail down are the scope of the changes and who is responsible for what areas. I think we're pretty far along with the first item.
