Open Stack

Yea, I was considering updating the wiki (https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Neutron/MigrationFromNovaNetwork/HowTo) to at least make mention of it.

If it works (and it sounds like it does, at least for Juno) then I'm all for adding it as a potential resource
