Hello George

OVS and Linux Bridge plugins have been deprecated in Icehouse, all 
development effort is put into ML2. Even for Havana ML2 was the 
preferred deployment method (even if the doc was sometimes not clear 
about it)

So it seems that you will get any difference in 'features', just 
performance,mantainability and stability benefits
