You had some great points here, and I do think names get confusing.
Depending on the structure of a company the Operator/Admin line can even
get blurred at larger shops.  Regardless, I think it behoves us to help
the User Committee articulate all the appropriate voices - "Users",
"Admin" and "Operators" - versus striving for another model.
