Unfortunately can't get this solved till now. The port status for the
failed network is down for all affected vm's. "Seen from the dashboard".
I tried to restart qpidd , neutron-dhcp several times on controller node
with no luck.

How can i switch from qpidd to rabbitmq with packstack ? I'm using RDO.
