Hi Miguel,

Within the same subnet, which is an Fixed IP segments, VM1 and VM2 can
exchange packets directly referenced by their Fixed IPs via tunnel between
PM1 and PM2.

If you are using Floating IP addresses to traverse packets between VMs,
then the NAT translation happens on Network Node by l3-agent.
