[Openstack-operators] Windows VirtIO driver issues

Hi Razique,

Thanks for the IDE tip. :)

Regarding Windows 2012 and the latest drivers: everything has been working
great with the win7 version of the older drivers that I linked to. I can
attach and detach volumes all day without an issue. If someone tries this
and runs into problems, then it might be a libvirt/kvm issue?
