Open Stack

Hi,

How would one make sure multiple dhcp agents run for the same segment?
I currently have 2 dhcp agents running but only one is added to a network when the network is created.

When I manually add the other one with "quantum  dhcp-agent-network-add" but I would like this to happen automatically.
