[Openstack-operators] Running Openstack and OpenNebula/Cloudstack nodes on the same machine

All of these systems are probably going to want to own the network
configuration (iptables, NAT, etc) on the compute nodes. I wouldn't attempt
this; you'll probably end up with more heartburn that you'd like.
