I've been trying to get glance-cache-manage working, and I keep getting
Cache management middleware not enabled on host 192.168.129.75

I see in my logs that it's loading the pipeline
DEBUG config.load_paste_app Loading glance-api-keystone+cachemanagement from /etc/glance/glance-api-paste.ini

Which looks like
# Use this pipeline for keystone auth with caching and cache management
[pipeline:glance-api-keystone+cachemanagement]
pipeline = versionnegotiation authtoken context cache cachemanage rootapp

Anyone have a hint?
