[Openstack-operators] sql access and nova-conductor

Hi Don,

The master branch of the Puppet modules is geared toward Grizzly.

Regarding direct database access, Grizzly introduced nova-conductor. As
long as that service is running, no sql connection information is needed on
the compute nodes. It seems like a bit of magic, but as long as
nova-conductor is running on the controller, your compute nodes will work
just fine without SQL information.

Hope that helps,
Joe
