[Openstack-operators] Novnc problem get-vnc-console

I don't like to reopen old threads, but here i am haha. I came into the
same problem a couple of minutes ago and i thought: "I'm not rebooting the
server this time!!!" so i didn't. I had restarted nova-novncproxy and
nova-consoleauth but nothing happend, then i restarted memcached,
nova-compute and nova-api, one of these three lovely guys fixed the
problem. Unfortunatly i don't know wich one of them did the magic but is a
better aproach than rebooting the hole server haha. Cheer guys!
