[Openstack-operators] agents stop responding

FYI - 

This may not be relevant to this particular problem, but we have run into issues with clustered rabbit.  We have isolated it to a client issue, and have updated the launchpad bug [1].  Again, you are likely experiencing another issue, but wanted to make you aware of our rabbit findings, since you are running a cluster as well.
