Hmmm, still doesn't work for me with LVM but at least I know it's (likely)
my fault some how :)

I had previously set 'glance_api_servers=<ip.addr>:9292' switched to
'glance_host=<ip.addr>' based on your note.  In both cases it logs
successful image fetch but I still have a blank volume, oh well I'll dig
into it later, probably when someone decides they absolutely need this
feature to work an hour ago :)
