[Openstack-operators] Monitoring system for openstack

I'd be happy to help facilitate this. We brought in a monitoring blog entry
about Object Storage in the last six months, this entry looks like a good
candidate for a similar approach.

Piotr Siwczak, if you read this, can you let me know your thoughts?
