Hello,

Yes, it does mean that as far as I know.
Did you try these parameters? Just for example, this

> --dns1=1.2.3.4 --dns2=4.3.2.1

should work for DNS1 and DNS2, and this

> --fixed_range_v4=10.0.0.0/24 --fixed_cidr=10.0.0.144/28

should create a network 10.0.0.0/24 and a fixed ip allocation of just 16
ips 10.0.0.144-10.0.0.159.
Not sure if it's exact syntax for Folsom though.
