[Openstack-operators] Installation Question on CentOS 6.3

Hi, all -

I'm performing a proof of concept installation on CentOS with the OpenStack packages that are located on EPEL. I am following the tutorial located here:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Getting_started_with_OpenStack_EPEL

I'm running everything on a pretty beefy VM (16GB RAM, 2 processor) just to see if I can get it up and running.

The VM, unfortunately, only has one VLAN segment attached to it. Let's call it 10.0.115.128/26. (.129 is the network gateway, and .130 is my "all in one OpenStack system"). I'd like the VMs to use anything from .140-.150 for my Proof of Concept. The VLAN already has DHCP being handed out on it.

I am up to the point where I'm right before launching my first instance. (In the tutorial, above, it's under the "Nova Network Setup section", where the nova-manage network create command is.)

I'm a little lost on how to proceed further. From the documentation here, it appears that I need to be possibly running a flat network: http://docs.openstack.org/essex/openstack-compute/admin/content/configuring-flat-networking.html<http://docs.openstack.org/diablo/openstack-compute/admin/content/configuring-flat-networking.html>

Can someone please provide a little guidance on how to proceed?

Thanks,
Jon
