[Openstack-operators] nova-vnc proxy

I did it, but when I click on the "vnc" in the dashboard, he directs it to
the ip 127.0.0.1:6080 / vnc_auto.html?-token = 9a4bcfa9 ......
I wonder where this ip changes.
