[Openstack-operators] swift-recon problem

It may not be picking up the recon.py file as being in the swift egg.
There are probably errors in /var/log/syslog.  I've had to manually
edit /usr/share/pyshared/swift-1.4.1.egg-info (for 1.4.1) to have the
file I wanted included.
