Open Stack

Greetings! 

Thanks to Sofia for the guidance of initial entailed steps. However, I've read about the details of all the projects mentioned on the ideas page.Two of them caught my eye :   
   -    
Go Client Library for OpenStack API, and

   - Kolla Kubernetes.

As I've developed some projects on Go, the idea seems interesting. I've installed gophercloud and related dependencies for the first project. I have some quick questions:

   
   - I found out, some additions can be added to the gropherscloud doc, where I faced an error, to avoid future issues to developers. Are there any specific guidelines to make changes to documentation?
   - Also, before getting started! Just wanted to clear some doubts about the infrastructure of the project. Whom can I contact to?
