Open Stack

Hi all,

Thanks for starting this, I'm really happy to see so much interest! We
already defined that OpenStack will participate the next Outreachy round as
well (yay!) so we are going to start with the call for mentors and ideas
soon-ish. If you already have some ideas, feel free to add them to the
ideas wiki [0]. Also, add yourself as volunteer mentor if you are not
already there [1]. Application period will open next week.
