Open Stack

Hi all,

I closed the Doodle today and, if nobody has any objection, the meeting
will be held next Thursday 27th at 6pm UTC.

As in the welcome meeting, we are going to use Google hangouts. I created
the event and sent the invites to the people that filled to the Doodle.

To make things organized, I'm drafting a meeting agenda in
