Hello all,

now that the selection process is over and the interns have all been
notified, I think it's worth spending some time to clean things up and
prepare to have a smooth way forward.

I'd like us to organize information so the volunteer administrators (me,
Lana and Victoria) can have a clear overview of what is happening at any
time.

I think the easiest way to do this is to make extensive use of the
wiki. 

Ideally we should start from the idea and from there trickle down to the
applicant and the status of the development. 

I have prepared a template for ideas so that they can each have its own
individual page but following a similar structure.

So, for example, the zaqar-pythonclient idea would look like this:

https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Zaqar_client_support_API_v1.1

and the mentor, with the intern, would add details about that page like
the dates/times for the mentoring meetings, the links to relevant blog
posts, notes, code reviews (when appropriate) etc.

The category https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Category:OutreachyMay2015
would be the place for administrators to immediately get an overview of
what ideas are in progress, how to get in touch with mentors and
interns, etc.

What do you think? Would this be useful? Do you have other ideas that
would be easy to implement with the tools we have?
