Yup we are running wildfly 9. That seems to be set in<br>
openstack-infra/system-config/<wbr>manifests/site.pp.<br>

Maybe it is easier for now to do the jump to Xenial + java 8, then 3.9.6<br>
for the features, then figure out 4.0? Are the feature changes in 4.0<br>
worth skipping 3.9.6 for?<br>
