Hi All,<br>

I have multiple accounts with the same email ID and name, please
find the attached Screen Shot(MultipleAccounts.png) for more
details.<br>
Because of this I am able to add as a review to the patch. Please
find the Error.png for error message.<br>

<p>Also I found two entries with the same Email ID in <a
moz-do-not-send="true" class="moz-txt-link-rfc2396E"
href="https://review.openstack.org/#/admin/groups/324,members">"https://review.openstack.org/#/admin/groups/324,members"</a><br>
</p>
<p>I delete accounts in one.ubuntu.com but still I am facing the
same issue.<br>
Please remove/deactivate all the accounts from Gerrit. I will
create from the scratch.<br>
