</div>It looks like you actually had three different accounts, which<br>
may have either been imported through OpenID from separate Launchpad<br>
accounts or the result of an account merge in Launchpad. Only your<br>
oldest two accounts (created in December and February)<br>
submitted contact information and uploaded an SSH key, though all<br>
three (including the newest account from March) agreed to the<br>
ICLA. Further, the oldest of them was the only one with an SSH<br>
username.<br>

I've done what I can to try to clean it up, and hopefully the<br>
account you're authenticating to via SSH and the WebUI will be the<br>
same going forward and will be selectable for reviews and group<br>
memberships. Please let me know if this is not the case.<br>
