If you mean in a patch to tempest, then no. Such skips should be for
exceptional conditions and minimized in the tempest code.<br>
<br>
If you mean for running tempest against your own systems, you can
exclude tests based on regexp in testr. See the tempest tox.ini file
for some examples.<br>
