Open Stack

I have nowhere to ask question about this So finally I got here.
 
Pleas Please, give me some advice 
 
I'm trying to install openstack rocky by devstack with ceilometer and gnocchi-api.
 
( I also tried with 'enable_service gnocchi-api,gnocchi-metricd' )
I checked endpoint of metric then post below
 
It gave an internal error message.
 
I could get metric data with openstack CLI, but gnocchi CLI doesn't work 
 
 
 
Did I missed some command at local.conf? or is this gnocchi's probleam...? 
 
How should I configure local.conf to use ceilometer and gnocchi-api
