Open Stack

Hello everyone,

The PTG is just over a month away. Figured now is a good time to start thinking about that event. The Infrastructure team is scheduled to have a room on Wednesday and Thursday [0]. We will also be participating in the Monday and Tuesday "Ask me anything help room".  I will be around all week, so if we want to do something ad hoc on Friday I'm happy to do that too. Please update the planning etherpad [1] with ideas of things we should try to work on while in Denver. I just added a couple more thoughts to the config management updates as well.

We typically have a team dinner at these events and last time we were in Denver the Lowry Beer Garden worked great [2]. If you are interested in heading to the beer garden with us please indicate interest and availability on this spreadsheet [3]. This location is outdoor so depends on weather, but is large and avoids logistics around covering food and drinks (we will each be on our own, it is counter service).

Finally, if we want to do something other than meetings on Friday we could do something a little less serious. Last time we were in Denver some of us went bowling. Looks like Axe throwing and Top Golf may be options too. Or maybe we figure out how to operate a grill at one of the nearby city parks.
